I've been using it for two days. Can't really see the changes, but in terms of service and packaging, it was delivered on time. I hope it does good things to my body.

I suffer from complex-PTSD (depression, anxiety, insomnia, racing thoughts, etc.) after years of trauma and chronic stress; I refuse to take pharmaceuticals because of their intolerable side effects, among other things, and have been looking for something natural that would help me tackle the symptoms of adrenal fatigue and mood related symptoms. I had only recently discovered Shilajit and after taking it for about a week I'm not sure I'll ever be without it. Although I had done quite a bit of research on Shilajit, I wasn't sure what to expect on a personal level. I used scissors to easily cut a grain-sized piece but after two days increased to the size of a pea which I take on an empty stomach upon waking in the morning, and again in the late afternoon. While it does have a strong, smokey, earthy taste that is quite foreign and bitter, I don't find it intolerable to place under my tongue and just sip on water as it dissolves; seems to get more tolerable as I continue to take it. I didn't experience a rush or any kind of stimulant feeling as you might with caffeine or any negative side effects, but more of a subtle, vibrational leveling up. I feel a sense of clarity and focus I thought I may never feel again, and a restorative quality in my energy and motivation, which is a game-changer for me. I have yet to try the liquid Shilajit but appreciate the complimentary product the company has offered me and look forward to trying that and seeing how Shilajit plays out after a month or two. Far better than other brands and low quality products out in the market. It's been more than 4 days I am using Indus Organics shilajit, i feel more energy and strength, will definitely buy it again and will recommend to others without any hesitation. One thing is you have to use one bottle for a month and not according to spoon size. Spoon is just for the convenience and not for measuring dose.

I've been consuming this shilajit resin since a long time. It has helped me in improving my immunity and keeping my mind relaxed and focused. I take a bottom of table spoon in the morning on empty stomach and again in the evening. The whole day I feel energetic and enthusiastic. It has also improved my mood . It tastes a bit earthy and bitter but it's tolerable as compared to the health benefits .
